Leadership Development Mission Statement:
To prepare the next generation of school leaders by building the leadership pipeline.
Vision:
Every first-year principal's school closing the achievement gap.
Goals:
- Identification of qualified candidates at various levels throughout the pipeline.
- Program participants who report satisfaction with training and support.
- Program graduates who comprise the majority of principal placements
- Schools of program graduates that meet or exceed the district average on all measures.

This program is for current administrators who would like to pursue a Tier II Admin Credential.
