The Office of Research, Planning and Evaluation coordinates the district and state testing programs, the state accountability program, conducts research and evaluation studies, and processes requests to do research in the district.

• Request for Data
  Complete and return the .PDF document to the Research Department to request data from the district or state testing programs or CBEDS not currently available on DataQuest or Ed-Data.
• Request to Conduct a Research Study
  The Long Beach Unified School District has been a pioneer in the approval of large numbers of Applications to Conduct Research in the past, because we believe research will ultimately improve our practices. But, due to significant budget cuts within the district with more on the horizon, only a very limited number of proposals will be approved this school year.
