- Implement a systematic process that will monitor and evaluate students’ progress toward meeting graduation requirements.
- Implement support structures to increase the number of high school graduates eligible for college or the world of work.

- Developed grade level specific flow charts that delineate all requirements needed for graduation.
- Developed dashboard to monitor progress towards achievement of graduation requirements.
- Compiled support structures currently in place throughout the district.
