Integrate systems to support two-way communication for:

• The Strategic Plan
• The Facilities Master Plan
• The Technology Master Plan

Accomplishments:

• Produced and published a variety of communication publications.
• Technology Master Plan: gathered extensive stakeholder input and established a project web-site.
• Completed a district-wide inventory which covers approximately 20,600 workstations.
• Facilities Master Plan: Board approved facilities master plan.

Next Steps:

• Continue to revise and develop modes of communication to meet the needs of all stakeholder groups.
• Re-design HRS web site and expand the Strategic Planning and Academic Success Initiative web pages.
• Present the Technology Master Plan draft goals and objectives to Executive Staff.
• Continue to develop and design future projects for the Facilities Master Plan.
