Professional Consultants

The form below is only for consultants of professional services such as material testing and inspection, architecture, project inspection, geotechnical, or similar, who wish to be added to our list of interested professional consultants. All others, including contractors, construction firms, and vendors should go to the Purchasing Department.

This request is valid for one year from the date of submittal. You must re-submit annually to remain on the list.

Changes to Consultant Information

It is the consultant’s responsibility to promptly notify the Facilities Development and Planning Branch in writing of all changes to the information submitted on the Consultant  Interest Form. Incidental correspondence or responses received with different information will not be considered a request for change.
