About the Foundation
Vision: All LBUSD student needs are met.
Mission: The Long Beach Education Foundation collaborates and engages with schools and the community to enhance equitable opportunities for all LBUSD students.
What began as a handful of volunteers in 1989 is now the single largest donor to the Long Beach Unified School District. The Long Beach Education Foundation directs its donations to students and public schools here in Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill and Avalon.
