New Administrators’ Support Program
The New Administrators Support Program provides additional training to regular monthly assistant principal meetings offered by the level offices to support newly promoted LBUSD assistant principals during their first year in school administration. Support includes six full days of professional development trainings with site visits by ELTD staff. The program builds on the pipeline work of the ELTD Office to consistently develop a steady stream of school administrators who are current in district philosophy and practice.
